Carbide Tapper

These handmade, solid steel and tungsten Carbide Tapper are great for straightening warped blades.  After hardening and tempering, simply lay the concave side up on a flat anvil or solid surface.  Hold the tapper like a maker pen and tap gently using its own weight.  After it is straight, small dents will be left on the surface that will need ground out or could be left as texturing.
